Occasionally, you may need to print a list of meeting attendees along with their responses for various purposes. Typically, Outlook does not include the attendees' responses when printing meeting details. However, the Advanced Print utility in Kutools for Outlook can easily address this issue.

Please follow these steps to print a list of meeting attendees and their responses in Outlook:

  1. Shift to the Calendar view, select the meeting for which you want to print the attendees list and responses, then click Kutools Plus > Print > Advanced Print.

  2. In the popping up Advanced Print dialog box, check the Tracking list box in the Meeting section. You will see a list of meeting attendees and their responses displayed on the right side of the dialog box.

    Notes:

    • If you only want to print the list of meeting attendees and responses without the meeting header and body, uncheck both the Item header and the Item body options in the Print Content section.
    • You can also choose to check one of them based on your needs.
    • Click the Preview button to adjust the print settings as needed.
  3. Click the Print button to specify the printer to start printing the meeting with the list of meeting attendees and responses.
