1. Lookup Across Multiple Sheets

Unlike the VLOOKUP function, which can only search for a value in one range, this feature helps Excel users batch lookup multiple values across multiple worksheets easily.

2. Lookup and Sum

This feature finds a row or column in the selection based on given criteria and returns the sum of the corresponding row or column.

3. Lookup from Right to Left

Unlike the VLOOKUP function, which can only search for a value in the leftmost column of a range, this feature enables you to search for values in any column of a range and return values from another column as needed.

4. Lookup from Bottom to Top

While the VLOOKUP function searches from top to bottom and returns the first matched value, this feature reverses the order (from bottom to top) and returns the last matched value.

5. Lookup Between Two Values

This feature helps you search for a value that lies between two specified values and returns a matched result easily.

6. Replace 0 or #N/A with Blank or a Specified Value

If the lookup value is not found or empty, the VLOOKUP function returns an #N/A error or 0. This feature instead returns an empty string or a specified value.

7. Dynamic Drop-down List

With this feature, you can quickly create a two-level dependent drop-down list or even a 3–5-level dependent drop-down list with just a few clicks.

8. Colored Drop-down List

This feature allows you to quickly add multiple conditional formatting rules (highlight colors) to cells or rows based on the drop-down list options.

9. Multi-select Drop-down List

Normally, you can select only one option from a drop-down list in Excel. After enabling this feature, you can select multiple options for each cell.

10. Drop-down List with Check Boxes

This feature adds a check box before each drop-down list option. You can tick the check boxes to select one or multiple options quickly.

11. Password Manager

This feature allows you to add and manage passwords used to open password-protected workbooks. Once stored in this manager, the corresponding workbooks can be opened directly when using Combine Worksheets or other Kutools for Excel features.

1. PivotTable Special Time Grouping

This feature has been greatly optimized and enhanced to be more user-friendly. It now:

• Adds check boxes before grouping criteria and supports selecting multiple grouping criteria simultaneously.
• Automatically recognizes and selects date or time columns.

2. Create Speedometer Chart

This feature has been improved to create a more artistic speedometer chart in Excel. It now supports manually typing in max, min, and current values when creating a static speedometer chart, and it decorates the output chart for a more beautiful appearance.

3. Navigation Pane

This feature has been greatly enhanced to provide a smoother user experience. Improvements include:

• Displaying the Navigation Pane in a floating style, with a pin button to fix its position.
• Adding a toolbar above the sheet list in the Workbook & Sheet Pane to display sheet tools.
• Allowing you to rename a workbook by double-clicking its name.
• Adding icons in the Workbook & Sheet Pane to indicate worksheet protection status and sheet tab colors.
• Combining imported AutoText categories in the AutoText Pane.
• Allowing manual sorting of AutoText categories or entries via drag-and-drop.
• Adding a toggle button in the Column List Pane to hide/unhide columns.
• In the Name Manager Pane, prompting users when modifying a named range and switching panes without saving changes.
• Optimizing icons, language, and other visual elements.

4. Super Filter

• Adds a “Close the Scenario” button in the toolbar.
• Supports specifying the working scope for filter scenarios (Current worksheet, Current workbook, or All).
• When opening a filter scenario in a new worksheet or workbook, you can choose to load and synchronize the scenario or create a new scenario based on it.
• Supports wrapping long filter criteria.
• Reminds users to save filter scenarios when closing the workbook.
• Optimizes icons, language, and related elements.

5. Combine Worksheets

• Supports specifying the combine mode: combine by row or by column.
• Adds a Password feature that enables users to add passwords for opening password-protected workbooks directly when combining.
